Hi, I'm Kirstie (she/her)

I’m a strength and conditioning coach that has been working with athletes of all levels since 2014.

My favorite thing is to work with people who are new to working out, witnessing them take ownership of their bodies and fall in love with strength & fitness.

In my free time you can usually find me cycling around Northern California or at home baking up a storm.

There’s no body that can’t work out.

There’s no shortcut to becoming an athlete, but there’s also no rush. Start where you’re at!

There’s no reason to accept pain, limited range of motion, or reduced ability. Let’s address it.

Personal Training

How it Works

We start with a free consultation to establish your wants, needs, and goals for personal training. We’ll cover any injuries, difference of abilities, or relevant medical history.

We’ll set up a schedule - you can work out with me every time, or we can combine personal training and programming for the times you’re working out solo.

As we progress, we’ll reassess and make sure you are getting what you need, and most importantly, loving the work!
