Personal Training

How it Works

We start with a free consultation to establish your wants, needs, and goals for personal training. We’ll cover any injuries, difference of abilities, or relevant medical history.

We’ll set up a schedule - you can work out with me every time, or we can combine personal training and programming for the times you’re working out solo.

As we progress, we’ll reassess and make sure you are getting what you need, and most importantly, loving the work!

If you are a low income earner, please contact me to discuss reduced rates.

Pricing

 

Online

In the age of COVID, it’s sometimes easy to find the time to work out, but not the motivation. That’s where I come in.

With online Personal Training, you’ll get workouts programmed for you, tailored to your goals and ability.

Generally we can achieve great results with just a few pieces of equipment: dumbbells, yoga mat, jump rope, and a box or bench

In Person

If you live in San Francisco I can bring limited equipment to your residence, or meet you in your apartment gym. I also work out of several gyms in San Francisco.

Rates

FREE: 30-minute online consultation

Personal Training
1 session: $140
5 sessions: $650 ($130/session)
10 sessions: $1200 ($120/session)
20 sessions: $2200 ($110/session)

Programming
Rates depend on your needs and range from $150 - $300/month.

Travel fee:
East Bay: + $30/session
San Francisco: + $15/session

Cancellation policy: unless 24-hour notice is given, the total value of the session will be charged.
